Recurring house cleaning in Fairbanks & North Pole

A clean house is easier to come home to when it's dark at four in the afternoon. Good Hand sets up regular house cleaning — weekly, every other week, or monthly — with a local cleaner who covers your area, at one price per visit you approve up front.

Tell us about your home: about how many bedrooms and bathrooms, the approximate square footage, pets, and how often you'd like cleaning. Mention anything you want included every time — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, changing beds — and any extras you'd like now and then, like the inside of the fridge or oven, windows, or baseboards.

Many people start with a deeper first clean and then move to a regular schedule. If it's been a while, say so; that first visit usually takes longer, and the price should reflect it honestly instead of surprising you later.

Tell us how the cleaner gets in — whether you'll be home, a lock box, or a code — and anything they should know: pets that should stay in, rooms to skip, products you prefer or can't have in the house. Gravel and sand on the floors all winter are normal here, so if entryways need extra attention, mention it.

You approve the per-visit price before anything is scheduled, and you can change how often you want cleaning. Good Hand doesn't clean the house ourselves. The provider does, and they're paid their agreed amount after each visit is confirmed.
