A request can include your name, mobile number, email, photos of your home, and a street address. Treat that as sensitive. Good Hand stores it so we can contact providers and bring prices back to you. It is not published.

Street address is collected when you book, and is meant for the provider you chose — not for every business that was considered.

Card numbers are not collected on this site. Payment is arranged after you approve a price.

When a real backend is connected, access should be split between customers, providers, and operations, with addresses hidden from providers who are not on that job.

We don’t sell project details. We don’t invent reviews. Ratings you leave are for the job record, not published as testimonials unless you later agree to that.
